Política de devoluciones

DEVOLUCIONES:

Para poder realizar la devolución deberá enviar los productos* en su embalaje original y sin haber sido manipulado, en el plazo de 10 días desde que recibe la compra, en una caja precintada y a través de la agencia que prefiera (los gastos de envío los debe asumir el cliente), a la siguiente dirección:

Una vez recibamos los productos en nuestras instalaciones, procederemos a realizar el abono de estos. 

IMPORTANTE: 

Si el producto ha llegado defectuoso, falta algún artículo o hay algún error, dispone de 24h desde la recepción del artículo para comunicárnoslo

*Las sábanas, fundas de almohada y fundas nórdicas se deben devolver en su packaging original sin abrir.

Once we receive the products at our facilities, 
we will proceed to pay for them.

 
IMPORTANT:

If the product has arrived defective, an item is missing 
or there is an error, you have 24 hours from receiving 
the item to notify us.

 

*Sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers must be returned 
in their original, unopened packaging.
