You have 14 days from the moment you receive the shipping confirmation email for your order to make a return.

2. Send the products in a sealed box , with the shipping company you want (shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer) to the following address:

*Sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

3. Once we receive and check the products, we will proceed to make the payment of these in a maximum period of 14 days . The payment will be made with the same payment method as the initial order, and You will receive the credit in 3-7 business days , depending on your bank.
